Snooki pled not guilty in court to a charge of annoying people. This almost surreal charge stems from the star's arrest in late July.
If I had known annoying people was actually a crime, I would have charged MTV with this months ago when they subjected us to yet another horrifying season of the Jersey Shore (which, unfortunately...or fortunately...wasn't even shot in New Jersey), not to mention similar annoyances like: Silent Library, Degrassi and RJ Berger.
Polizzi already faces charges of disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance on the beach in Seaside Heights, NJ.
Poor Snooki must be really confused at this point. Isn't this what MTV is paying her $10,000 an episode for: disorderly conduct?
Snooki's original arrest came, "after other beachgoers reported Polizzi was bothering them," said Seaside Heights Police Chief Thomas Boyd. Her defense, "I didn't hurt anybody."
I disagree Snooki! The image of you dancing alone on the boardwalk on Jersey Shore Season 1 did hurt somebody; in fact, it hurt many people you evil little troll.
Now, I don't know specifically what about Snooki was "bothering people" but feel free to check all that apply:
1.) Her tan
2.) Her height
3.) Her fuzzy slippers
4.) Her hyena-like cackle
5.) Her pathetic attempt to turn the words snook, snooked, snooking (and any variation there of) into verbs
6.) "THE poof"
7.) The outrageous salary she gets paid for acting like a complete turd
