This month's "Best Of" features LiLo's greatest hits...and misses.

August 24, 2010: She was released from rehab, after serving only 22 of her 90 day sentence.


August 2, 2010: She was released from the Lynwood Correctional Facility, after spending only 13 of her 90 day sentence.  She immediately checked into the UCLA Medical Center for rehabilitation.


July 6, 2010: She is sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab for violating her probation


June 8, 2010: She posts a $200,000 bail to recall an arrest warrant, after she violated a court order to not consume alcohol while wearing her SCRAM bracelet. 

October 16, 2009: She shows up over an hour late to a probation hearing in Beverly Hills.  She gets another year of probation due to failing to complete alcohol education classes.

December 31, 2007: In a TMZ video, she drinks straight from a bottle of champagne while partying in Italy.


October 5, 2007: She leaves a two-month rehab stay in Utah.

August 23, 2007: She is charged with seven misdemeanor counts for her two DUI arrests.  She admits: "It is clear to me that my life has become unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs."

August 14, 2007: She is sued for assault and negligence by one of the passengers who was traveling in the car Lohan allegedly chased the month prior while driving under the influence.

July 24, 2007: She is pulled over by police, early in the morning, and arrested for DUI, driving on a suspended license and possession of narcotics.


July 14, 2007: She checks out of Promises rehab facility and celebrates the end of her 45-day stay.

May 28, 2007: She admitted herself into an intensive medical rehabilitation facility.


May 26, 2007: She is arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after her Mercedes hits a curb in Los Angeles.  Police reported that they found a substance that appeared to be cocaine at the scene.

January 2007: She checks into rehab for the first time.
