Another Bomb by Bieber...
Before Justin Bieber's concert at the Maryland State Fair over the weekend, the teeny bopper decided to kick back, get rowdy, and throw water balloons. However, the Bieb's aim was a little off and he ended up hitting two state troopers.
Their first response was, "Hey, that girl's throwing water balloons at us."
One of the balloons sideswiped a trooper on the chest, and the other burst on the second trooper's gun belt.
It is still unknown how Justin was able to get his hands on these water balloons. The package specifically said, "for children ages 8 and up."
The troopers noted that Justin exhibited "inappropriate behavior."
Interestingly enough, both troopers were ex catholic priests and had a case of Bieber fever, simply giving Justin some "counseling" rather than jail time.
All in all, the concert went on without a hitch and Justin was happy to be performing at the State Fair.
The Maryland State Fair has featured many attractions this summer. These include the county's mascot Sheila the Sheep, the newest addition to the pot belly pig family, Mr. Wiggles, and their most unbelievable feature: Fairies! The sneak preview of these fairies could be seen at the Justin Bieber sound stage.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell told Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey show host Andy Cohen, "[Teresa Giudice's] a role model. A mother, businesswoman, [who's] cooking, cleaning the house-- and her kids always look...amazing!"
Model? More like the poster child for fetal alcohol syndrome. And maybe in Naomi's world you can be $11 million in debt and still be a role model, but keep in mind Naomi is a serious f*ck up herself!

Teresa says, "I don't know how I do it, I just do. Everyone asks me, I swear to God, but I have a lot of energy. And great genes, I guess."
I guess those "great genes" are to thank for your huge silicone filled breasts too.
Naomi went on to defend Teresa's shoving of host Adam Cohen, saying "I understood. She didn't see him at the moment. You mess with her family and that's what you get!"
Campbell has definitely learned a few things about fiery run-ins over the years. The most important tip that she shared with Teresa: hit below the belt...it doesn't leave a mark.

Devon James, one of Tiger's many mistresses, is still featured on the website of the Bunny Ranch, the world famous Nevada brothel, but owner Dennis Hoff claims he recently fired James after involving herself in the Tiger Woods media circus.

Hmmm...I always thought "the code" was no touching, no tongue, and no bl*w jobs without a dip in soapy water first.

After much speculation, CNN has finally confirmed that Larry King's replacement will be British tycoon and TV personality Piers Morgan.
Before exiting, Larry King would like to thank his supporters throughout the years: his suspenders.
The America's Got Talent judge and former Celebrity Apprentice winner, made a name for himself editing two British newspapers, News of the World and The Daily Mirror.
Morgan says that he couldn't be more excited and he is "thrilled to be joining CNN, and very much looking forward to bringing my own style of interviewing to the world's biggest and best TV news organization."
Piers hopes to be able to live up to Larry King's success. Over the years, King has conducted nearly 50,000 interviews. Interestingly enough, more than half of them were with his cardiologist.

Bodyguard, Fernando Flores, is filing a lawsuit today, against Britney Spears, claiming sexual harassment and child abuse.
How absurd! Then they're going to try to tell us that really was Paris Hilton's purse full of cocaine.
According to the suit, Flores claims Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances toward him" by exposing herself to him at her home.
Exhibit A: Flores claims, "She was wearing a white-lace see-through dress. She walked over...intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter...bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals." Flores claims the incident caused him "shock and disgust."
What rock has this guy been living under? Each time Britney gets out of her car she causes shock and disgust. Anything but uncovered genitals would seem strange in her world.
Exhibit B: Flores claims that Britney called Flores to her room where she was standing naked. After an awkward silence, Spears asked Flores to get her two bottles of 7 Up.
Lies! Everyone knows Britney drinks Red Bull, not 7 Up! And I'm sure the silence was not awkward for everyone involved...she was right in her comfort zone.
Flores claimed that Britney said, "You know you liked it." The suit also claimed that Spears engaged in numerous sexual acts in front of Flores and that she was "loudly having sexual relations" in a hotel suite where her children were present.
And more serious allegations include Spears hitting her smallest child with a belt and feeding both children crab meat knowing that they had serious fish allergies.
Spears was unavailable for questioning, but her spokeswoman said, "luckily she found someone to lip sync her defense for her."

On Saturday morning, Kayne West tweet bombed his followers, posting a slew of messages about his rude treatment towards Taylor Swift at last year's MTV Video Music Awards.

Perhaps because this year's VMAs are fast approaching (September 12)-- and both stars will be attending-- he felt the need to revisit the issue of Swift accepting an award and West grabbing the microphone and declaring that his friend Beyonce should have been the winner.

Celine Dion and family [husband Rene Angelil and 9-year-old son Rene-Charles] posed for French-Canadian magazine 7 Jours. The proud mother-to-be showed off her baby bump, looking happy and relaxed.
Dion, 42-years-old struggled to get pregnant-- attempting six in-vitro fertilization procedures.
It is rumored that doctors had such difficulties due to Rene Angelil's age and the clouds of dust he ejaculated.
But, it was worth the wait...the couple is now pregnant with twin boys.
And its nice to know Celine's twins will lead a relatively normal life, due to the fact that a large population of children also live with their grandparents now days.
The babies are expected to arrive in November and Celine's pregnancy is going well, as she reported, "everything is falling into place. I have a little belly."

Michael Lohan, 50, is on a mission to open a "faith-based" rehab facility in California. The famous father of the infamous Lindsay Lohan, has struggled with drug and alcohol abuse himself and has made many public attempts begging 24-year-old Lindsay to get treatment.
Lindsay recently left a court-ordered rehab center and she has denied using prescription drugs and accuses her dad of spreading lies about her to the press.
Prescription drugs?!? Never! Marijuana, cocaine, crystal, acid...Alwaaayyys!
"After seeing what my daughter, myself and other people I know have been through, it has led me to realize this is my calling and purpose in life," says Michael.
Usually, when people find something they fail at, it does not become their "calling and purpose in life." This is why Mel Gibson did not write the book How to Win Friends and Influence People, and Lindsay will never add "acting coach" to her list of accomplishments.
Lohan explains that the proposed center will not employ doctors or conventional medical treatment, instead, it will "focus on mind, body and soul. It is a spiritual retreat."
It sounds as successful as Celebrity Rehab. Its run by an ex-drug addict and does not employ any real doctors either.
Lohan continues: "the basis of the rehab will be that there is a God; that good conquers evil; that the best way to live is to treat others like you want to be treated; and treat your body like a temple."
..and the only way to make it to heaven is to ingest a phenobarbital Kool-Aid concoction, laying in our bunk beds in Nike Windrunners, each carrying a five dollar bill and three quarters in our pockets.
Although a location has not yet been chosen, Lohan claims that "the financing is all there" and some staffers are already on board, including Jon Koga, who specializes in kick boxing and yoga training.
All he's got to boast about so far is a fitness instructor? He's not opening a 24-Hour Fitness. The last thing someone with lungs and a liver as black and swollen as Gabourey Sidibe wants to do is work out.
Estranged from his four children, Michael says, "all I want to do is open this place and see my family."
What a piece of work this Lohan family is. The only way they can all reunite is to come together in a rehab center built by their father. Wouldn't it be easier to all meet up at a Sizzler's or something?

Allegedly? We're talking about a 29 year old rapper with 5 children, on probation for buying machine guns, who has already served time for drugs, plus, he's married to a woman named "Tiny"...and they were found in West Hollywood...yes officer, that was marijuana you smelled.
The couple was released at 4 a.m. Thursday after each one posted a $10,000 bail.
A few hours later, Cottle twittered to fans: "Just wanted to say thank u to everyone dats been leaving encouraging msgs and prayers! We love u guys:) going to bed now! So glad to be n a nice clean bed."
Who does she think she is? Paris Hilton? Your blond hair, drug arrest, and 'thank you' tweets aren't fooling anyone.
And one more thing...your man has got kids from 3 different women, what is this "clean bed" business?
The rapper, who has 5 children, recently told the Associated Press that he was turning over a new leaf, stating: "Right now, its all about moving forward and just acknowledging the blessings that are here today."
West Hollywood on a Wednesday night is a great place to move forward.

TV Guide has reported that Kate Gosselin, 35, is now one of the highest paid TV stars, making $250,000 per episode of Kate Plus 8, on TLC.
Who would have thought that, what once was a grade school put-down, the proverbial test-tube baby would have made momma so rich?
